Why It’s Moronic
I like to categorize this type of verbal diarrhea as Re-dunce-dancy. Instead of thinking about what to say and riffling through a mental thesaurus, during times of Re-dunce-dancy, Bush repeats a word or phrase several times over a short period. In some cases, he hits gold, delivering the word or phrase several times within a single sentence!
